We engineer and assemble speed control equipment for a wide range of electric motor applications. In addition to VFD's, we also do DC drives, soft starts, servo controls and PLC systems. 

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and strive to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Understand and address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Process orders, return and exchanges with a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge.
  • Work closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate the project execution with project management.
  • Handle project change orders
  • Perform site survey or evaluation to refine the estimates.

 What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Office 365
  • College Diploma or University Degree in related field an asset
  • Basic knowledge of electrical theory and/or industrial automation and controls an asset.
